Before Installation Notes

• Tip 1: Test Before Installation
Always test the new screen before installation. Do not remove any protective films or tags during this process. Ground yourself with an ESD (electrostatic discharge) strap to prevent static electricity damage to your phone's components. Remember to wear eye protection and handle the glass carefully to avoid injury.
• Tip 2: Simulated Testing
Since screen replacements are delicate, we recommend simulating the test before installation. This involves connecting the motherboard and LCD or screen with an audio cable and powering it on. If the test is successful, proceed with the installation. If the screen does not display, contact us immediately. Do not attempt to force the installation if the screen fails the test.
• Tip 3: Avoid Over-Bending the Cable
Ensure that the LCD cable is not bent excessively. Bending the cable at an angle greater than 90 degrees may result in a black display.
