Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. To qualify for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free. A return label will be provided at no cost, which you can download and print.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for any returns.

Condition of Returned Products

We accept the return of both new and slightly used products. This includes items that are opened or have been slightly used, provided they remain in acceptable condition.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Returns due to change of mind

Accepted Returns

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. For defective items, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Returns must be made via post/mail only. No in-person returns are accepted.

Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
