To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@ansarxp.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipping stages.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping transit time is typically 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday). Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. You can use this information to track your package.
8. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving them. To start a return, please contact support@ansarxp.com with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
