All products in our store share this shipping policy. Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address. Delivery to collection points is not yet available.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 pm (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Take advantage of our free shipping on all orders over £10.
  • A delivery fee of £1.99 applies to orders of £10 and below.

Transit Time: Transit takes approximately 2-5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: Including processing and transit time, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking information becomes available within 24 hours of shipping.

Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged in either cardboard boxes or polyethylene bags, depending on the item's size and type, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

ansarxp.com will cover any applicable customs and import taxes for your order. There are no additional fees at delivery.
