Returns and Refund policy

We Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unchanged, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

We'll guide you through the return process upon acceptance.

There is no restocking fee .

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. If items are found to be in an unacceptable condition, they will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Processing Time for Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, processing will take up to 7 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. For defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution.

Non-returnable Items

Currently, all our items are returnable, provided they meet the return conditions stated above.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item. After acceptance, place a new order.

EU Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns without justification, subject to our standard return conditions.

Cancellations

For any reason, orders can be cancelled during the lead time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched. Customers should get in touch via email at support@ansarxp.com within 24 hours since placing the order. 

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
